Workout
A 4 or 5 day program built on your sex, age, goal and experience. Gym or bodyweight, with rest timers and week-by-week load progression.
Willpower runs out around evening, usually at the worst possible moment. Mentalità Blindata replaces effort with structure: one mission a day, something to reach for when the urge arrives, and a path that runs for a year.
Free on Android and iPhone. The full path does not require a subscription.

Mentalità Blindata is a free self-discipline app for Android and iPhone. It helps you break compulsive habits such as pornography, smoking, alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, social media, sugar and gaming, while rebuilding training, nutrition and social confidence along the way. The path runs for 365 days across 12 levels: every day the app sets one mission, tracks your streak of consecutive days and awards experience points. When the urge to relapse hits, SOS mode opens a guided three-phase intervention that lasts about fifteen minutes. All path data stays on your phone. The app is available in Italian, English and Portuguese. The core features are free: the Premium subscription adds the conversational coach, extended statistics and unlimited challenges.
Relapse almost always follows the same script. A bad day, a certain hour, a specific place, and a mind that starts negotiating. Nobody reads a motivation manual in that moment.
So the app does not ask you to want it more. It asks you to do one small thing today, and it puts something in your hand for when the urge shows up.
Tap a vice to see what the app does in that case.
You fill in your profile once. Training, meals, path and missions are generated from it, and they update when you change your goal or when something stops working.
A 4 or 5 day program built on your sex, age, goal and experience. Gym or bodyweight, with rest timers and week-by-week load progression.
Calories and macronutrients calculated from your basal metabolic rate and activity level. Five meals with alternatives, full recipes and a daily water target.
Clean-day counter, the recovery phase you are in and different strategies depending on the time of day. Works across all eight vices, not just pornography.
A levelled path for social anxiety: one interaction goal a day, a counter of actions taken and techniques for when you freeze halfway through a sentence.
Daily and weekly challenges worth experience points. They exist to give you something winnable on days when the main path feels slow.
Box breathing, the 4-7-8 technique, body scan, visualization and five-senses grounding. A guided player with a timer and step-by-step instructions.
An assistant that knows your path, your schedule and your relapses. It answers when you need it and proposes concrete changes to your workout, diet or missions, which you apply with one tap.
It cross-references your check-ins and shows your most frequent triggers, the risky hours and the trend for the week. You stop guessing when you are vulnerable and start knowing.
None of these steps takes more than ten minutes a day.
Weight, height, goal, the vice you are facing, your typical hours and a starting photo only you will see.
Write down why you are doing this, then sign. It is not a formality: it is the text the app puts back in front of you during SOS mode.
One key action, different every day, calibrated to the level you have reached.
Reminders during your risky hours and SOS mode, reachable in two taps from any screen.
Day streaks, statistics, a map of your triggers and a photo comparison between day one and today.
The path is not a bar that fills at random. Each level has a theme, lasts about a month and unlocks a piece of the armory. Tap a level to see what it trains.
The twelve pieces unlock as you complete levels. Skip too many days and the armor cracks, then has to be reforged.

A craving is not a line that rises forever. It rises, peaks and falls, almost always within a quarter of an hour. SOS mode exists to keep you standing during that quarter of an hour, instead of leaving you to negotiate with your own head.
Box breathing guided by an animation. Four seconds in, four held, four out, four held. It lowers your heart rate before you decide anything.
A timer shows the craving as a wave that rises and falls. You are not supposed to fight it, you are supposed to watch it pass. In clinical literature this technique is called urge surfing.
The app puts your own words from day one back in front of you. Then two buttons: I held, or I gave in. The second answer matters too, because it feeds the trigger map.
Follow the square. Four seconds per side.
This is the first phase, the same one you get in the app.
No signup and no data sent anywhere: the calculation runs in your browser. It exists to show the total nobody usually adds up.

Day, week and month views. Days completed, missions closed, mood logged at check-in, steps read from your phone sensors, weight over time and a photo comparison between day one and today.

An intense craving usually lasts under twenty minutes. Knowing that changes the strategy: you do not have to resist forever, you have to stay standing for a quarter of an hour.
Read the guideIt is not 21 days. A University College London study measured a median of 66 days, with enormous variation between people. Here is what makes the difference.

Android and iPhone. The app is available in Italian, English and Portuguese, and you can switch language in the settings without reinstalling.
It is the intervention you open when you feel the urge to relapse. It lasts about fifteen minutes and has three phases: guided box breathing, urge surfing with a timer that shows the craving rise and fall, and a rereading of the Pact you wrote yourself. At the end you declare whether you held or gave in, and that answer feeds your trigger map.
The app includes a dedicated path with a clean-day counter, recovery phases and strategies specific to the night hours. It is not therapy and does not replace a psychotherapist. If the behaviour is damaging your work, studies or relationships, see a professional and use the app as daily support.
Your path, journal, transformation photos and health data stay in your phone storage and are not sent to us. The online account only matters if you choose to use the optional social features. You can delete your account and the linked data at any time.
Not for the main features. The path, missions, SOS, workout and diet all work offline. Data is only needed for the conversational coach, the leaderboard and account sync.
The monthly plan is €9.99, the quarterly €24.99 and the yearly €79.99, VAT included. Renewal is automatic. You cancel from your subscription settings on the App Store or Google Play, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the period you already paid for.
No. The content is informational and motivational. For substance dependence, stopping can carry clinical risk, so it should be handled with a doctor or a specialist service. In an emergency, or if you are having thoughts of self-harm, call your local emergency number.
From the account section in the app settings, or by writing to the address listed on the account deletion page. The request deletes your online account and the linked data within 30 days.
Habit apps record what you did. Here the centre of gravity is what happens in the moment you are about to give in, which is exactly when other apps are closed in your pocket. SOS mode, the trigger map and the Pact all come from that.
Download the app, fill in your profile in five minutes and sign the Pact. The rest is one mission a day.
The app is not on the stores yet. These badges go live on release day.
