If you need help right now

This app is not an emergency service and there is nobody on the other end in real time. If you are in trouble, call someone.

• Emergency services: call your local emergency number (112 across the European Union, 911 in the United States and Canada, 192 in Brazil for medical emergencies).
• Suicide and crisis support: in the United Kingdom, Samaritans on 116 123. In the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In Brazil, CVV on 188. In Italy, Telefono Amico on 02 2327 2327. Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists services by country.
• Addiction services: most countries have free public addiction services. In Italy these are the SerD run by local health authorities, in Brazil the CAPS AD.

Writing to us

We usually reply within two working days. For requests about personal data the legal deadline is one month.

Before you write, try this

The app crashes or freezes. Check you have the latest version from the store, then restart your phone. If it persists, write to us with your phone model, operating system version and app version, which you will find at the bottom of the settings screen.

I paid but Premium features are still locked. Open the Premium screen and tap "Restore purchases", using the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. If that does not work, send us the store receipt.

I am not getting the password reset email. Check your spam folder. The email comes from the mentalitablindata.com domain. If nothing arrives within ten minutes, write to us.

I changed phone and lost my progress. Path data is stored on the device, not on our servers. It only transfers through the backup and export function in settings. If you did not export before switching phones, we cannot recover it, because we never had it.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability, write to support@mentalitablindata.com with "Security" as the subject and the technical detail needed to reproduce it. Please do not disclose it publicly until it has been fixed. We respond to security reports within five working days.
